Welcome

I provide my services from my modern offices in Oliva, and as well as negotiating on behalf of my Spanish clients, I am fluent in both English and German.  I am therefore widely experienced in assisting non-Spanish clients in a huge range of legal matters, from the initial hurdles of settling in a new country such as purchasing a property, submitting residency & NIE applications, etc. to the normal day-to-day legal problems that can beset anyone regardless of which country they might be living in.

I will discuss your requirements and take your instructions on any matter, and will consult with you to ensure that I have built up a clear picture of your needs.  I will then proceed in the manner that serves your best interests, whilst also consulting with external specialists in certain circumstances in order to obtain the most accurate and up to date information on any given matter.  I am highly knowledgeable in all local issues regarding urban development and property purchase and can advise on Town Hall and Notary Office requirements in these areas.

Once you have settled in Spain, I can also advise on all the general legal matters that you will need to resolve in order to establish a permanent life here such as Inheritance Law, drawing up Spanish Wills, registering your employment status or setting up a business, etc.  Whatever your requirements may be, I can provide trustworthy, friendly and affordable advice, as well as the practical assistance that will make your new life so much easier.
